Art. 2.° La Sección 1. a quedará servida por los siguientes empleados exclusivamente: un Subsecretario, Jefe de Sección, con funciones de Ingeniero consultor ; un Director de Obras públicas, un Sub-jefe, un Oficial Escribiente encargado del registro, y un Portero-escribiente, quedando suprimido en ella un Escribiente Redúcese á un solo empleado el Cuerpo de celadores del Capitolio, anexo á esta Sección, y que en la actualidad está servido por cinco individuos.
