Adiciónese el departamento de Arauca al Fondo de Subsidio de la Sobretasa a la Gasolina, del que trata el artículo 130 de la Ley 488 de 1998, por el cual se crea el Fondo de Subsidio de Sobretasa a la Gasolina, y se benefician con los subsidios de dicho fondo los departamentos de Norte de Santander, Amazonas, Chocó, Guanía, Guaviare, Vaupés, Vichada, San Andrés y Providencias y Santa Catalina.
