Los organismos que llevan a cabo actividades de inteligencia y contrainteligencia cooperarán armónica y decididamente, atendiendo los requerimientos de inteligencia y contrainteligencia de los servidores públicos autorizados por esta Ley para efectuarlos, coordinando de manera eficaz y eficiente sus actividades, y evitando la duplicidad de funciones.
