° La adquisición y la disposición de los bienes del Instituto Nacional de Nutrición se harán directamente por él, teniendo en cuenta las modalidades de las actividades o servicios de la entidad; y se regirán, lo mismo que la administración de su planta de personal, por las normas que expida su Junta Directiva.
