Al juicio que se promueva por persona a quien se le ha transferido el dominio pleno o cualquier otro derecho real principal sobre un inmueble cuya tradición legal se haya efectuado por medio del registro, par que el tradente no retenga materialmente la cosa en su poder, se le da la tramitación señalada en el CAPITULO precedente.
