Las Fuerzas Armadas, la Cruz Roja, y las entidades que tengan por objeto el estudio experimental de las comunicaciones, deberán inscribirse en la Sección de Licencias del Ministerio de Comunicaciones a fin de obtener el número de registro que será el distintivo de operación. La inscripción se renovará cada cinco (5) años.
