º . Modifícase el artículo 2º del Decreto 873 de 2005, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 2º. Las importaciones de los productos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, ingresarán al territorio nacional con un arancel de 0%. Las importaciones de dichos productos que excedan el contingente allí fijado ingresarán al territorio aduanero nacional con un arancel de 80%".
