º El artículo 5º, del Decreto 1282 de 1987, quedará así: "Artículo 5º Conforme al artículo 13 del Decreto 3830 de 1985, podrán ser importadas al país, libres de cualquier tributo, la maquinaria agrícola y los equipos agroindustriales o industriales, siempre y cuando se destinen al desarrollo de actividades económicas localizadas en las áreas afectadas social y económicamente por la actividad volcánica del Nevado del Ruiz, a las que hace referencia el artículo 1º del presente Decreto. En todo caso, los bienes importados deberán localizarse y explotarse exclusivamente en esas áreas".
