º IDENTIFICACION DE LOS EXHIBIDORES. El titular y responsable de la explotación económica de cada sala de exhibición cinematográfica, será la persona inscrita en los registros del Ministerio de Comunicaciones establecidos por el Decreto-ley 129 de 1976 y por el Decreto reglamentario 1156 de 1988. A falta de registro, o en caso de deficiencias en éste, podrá ser identificado al titular o responsable con base en las declaraciones o informaciones presentadas por los exhibidores ante otras autoridades, o mediante cualquier medio probatorio idóneo.
