°. Prohibición para iniciar nuevas actividades . La Compañía de Informaciones Audiovisuales-Audiovisuales en liquidación-, no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en desarrollo de su objeto social y conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para expedir los actos, celebrar, subrogar los contratos y adelantar las acciones necesarias para su Liquidación, con excepción de lo dispuesto en las disposiciones transitorias de este decreto.
