º. Aclárase el artículo 3º del Decreto 2292 de 1982 en el sentido de que el gravamen del cinco por ciento (5%) que consagran los artículos 1º y 2º del citado Decreto, rige desde el 1º de julio, de 1982 hasta el 30 de junio de 1983, para aquellas mercancías no nacionalizadas a la fecha de la expedición de este Decreto.
