Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para declarar libres del pago de derechos de Aduana, previa la presentación de los comprobantes respectivos, y durante el término de un año, contado desde la sanción de esta Ley, el cinc, clavos y demás materiales de construcción que introduzcan al puerto de Guapi, para reconstruir .sus casas de habitación, las personas que las hubieren perdido en el incendio.
