La licencia para la prestación del servicio especial de banda ciudadana podrá ser obtenida por personas naturales colombianas o extranjeras residentes en Colombia. Para el efecto, el interesado deberá presentar

Solicitud escrita dirigida a la Dirección General de Comunicación Social del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, en que se indique el nombre, edad, documento de identificación, nacionalidad y residencia.

Copia autenticada del documento de identificación.

Recibo de pago a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones por un valor equivalente a quince (15) salarios mínimos legales diarios.
