°. Transferencia de dominio . La Agencia Nacional Inmobiliaria Virgilio Barco procederá a transferir, a través de acto administrativo y a título gratuito, el dominio de los bienes muebles e inmuebles referidos en los artículos 1 y 2 de este decreto a la entidad que se cree en virtud del artículo 367 de la Ley 2294 de 2023, una vez entre en funcionamiento.
