Artículo único. Cédese al Municipio de Buga el uso de la casa que la Nación posee en la ciudad de ese nombre, la cual ha servido de cuartel y hospital, con la expresa condición de que se destine á Escuela de Industrias, artes y oficios y de que el Municipio la reforme y conserve en buen estado.
