Cuando se trate de trabajos habituales o permanentes en día domingo, los gerentes, administradores o jefes de trabajos, harán y fijarán en lugar público del establecimiento, con anticipación de doce horas por lo menos, la planilla del personal de obreros y empleados que por razones del servicio no puedan disfrutar del descanso dominical. En dicha planilla se indicará también el día y las horas del descanso compensatorio.
