Art. 4.° Al acreedor a quien se conceda plazo por la mitad de la dote, solo se le entregarán al contado Libranzas de Tesorería en una cantidad igual á la mitad de las que deba recibir por la conversión propuesta y aceptada; y 1a otra mitad se le entregará cuando pague el resto de la dote por el cual se le dio plazo.
