Decreto 911 de 1959 · Por el cual se reglamenta el Decreto número 0012, de de febrero 5 de 1958

Artículo único. Los saldos que quedaron sin invertir del auxilio de cuatro millones de pesos ($4.000.000.00), a que se refiere el Decreto número 0012 de 1958, se podrán emplear en el pago de deudas pendientes en la fecha, de acuerdo con la nueva relación elaborada por al Gobernación, certificada por el Contralor Departamental, y con sujeción de los correspondientes pagos al mismo control establecido por la Contraloría General de la República.

Parágrafo

El presente Decreto rige desde la fecha de su expedición. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
