Declaraciones De Retención En La Fuente

Decreto 1848 de 2013 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 368-1 del Estatuto Tributario.

°. Declaraciones de retención en la fuente. Las retenciones en la fuente practicadas bien sea por parte del administrador o del distribuidor, en desarrollo de lo previsto en el presente decreto, deberán ser declaradas y consignadas en los lugares y dentro de los plazos que para tal efecto señale el Gobierno Nacional, de conformidad con los artículos 579, 800 y 811 del Estatuto Tributario.

Parágrafo

La entidad administradora del fondo deberá expedir los certificados de retención en la fuente correspondientes.
