Periodicidad de las sesiones. El Consejo Superior de Política Criminal sesionará ordinariamente por lo menos una (1) vez al mes, salvo por razones de fuerza mayor o a petición justificada de cualquiera de las entidades que lo integran. Cuando existieren circunstancias que lo ameriten, el Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho citará al Consejo a sesión extraordinaria para ocuparse exclusivamente de los asuntos que motivaron su convocatoria.
