Vigencia de regulaciones estatutarias. En lo que no resulte contrario a este decreto, las disposiciones estatutarias establecidas en los acuerdos adoptados por la Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Vías regirán hasta que se adopten los nuevos estatutos internos.
