Del otorgamiento. La Visa Preferencial de Servicio la otorgará en el territorio nacional la Dirección del Protocolo, previa solicitud formulada por la respectiva Misión Diplomática, Oficina Consular u Organismo Internacional y su duración será establecida conforme al término de la misión, el contrato de trabajo o la prestación de servicios, con vigencia hasta dos (2) años, renovable por períodos iguales. Una vez terminada la misión o el contrato o actividad, el titular podrá permanecer amparado por la misma visa hasta por treinta (30) días calendario.
