º . De los bienes y activos del Fondo. En virtud de lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores, todos los activos, derechos, obligaciones, archivos y demás bienes que estuviesen a cargo del Fondo para la Participación y el Fortalecimiento Democrático continuarán en cabeza del Fondo para la Participación y el Fortalecimiento de la Democracia.
