Al fin de cada mes formarán los Guardaparques un cuadro del movimiento de elementos de guerra, que contenga: las existencias del principio del mes, las entradas y salidas durante el mes, y el saldo de existencia al terminar el mes. Este cuadro se formará pro triplicado, conservando un ejemplar en el archivo de la oficina, y enviando los restantes á las que más adelante se indicarán.
