SUSPENSION DEL JUICIO Y CONTINUACION DE LA INSTRUCCION. Desde que se presente la recusación o se manifieste impedido el funcionario, hasta cuando se resuelva definitivamente, se suspenderá el proceso si estuviere en estado de juicio. Si estuviere en instrucción, se continuará la actuación.
