º . Sesiones. En las épocas que señale el reglamento, la Junta Nacional de Educación sesionará para adoptar las decisiones que le correspondan de conformidad con la ley, previo estudio de los trabajos elaborados por sus secretarías técnicas. La junta podrá invitar a sus sesiones a cualquier persona que considere pueda contribuir en el desempeño de sus funciones.
