El personal civil que ingrese al servicio de las Fuerzas Militares en calidad de empleado u obrero, tendrá derecho a la liquidación de pasajes y auxilio de marcha para él, desde el lugar de donde se le llame o contrate hasta el lugar en donde vaya a prestar el servicio.
