º . Las tarjetas de turista deberán ser prepagadas por las empresas a que se refieren los artículos 14 y 15 del Decreto 2762 de 1991. La Junta Directiva de la OCCRE podrá fijar un cargo de manejo de la tarjeta de turista, a favor de las empresas que las expidan.

Parágrafo

La Junta Directiva de la OCCRE, establecerá un procedimiento expedito para que las empresas a que se refiere este artículo adquieran las tarjetas de turista.
