Durante la segunda quincena del mes de marzo las Salas de Casación Civil, Laboral y Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y la Sala Contencioso-Administrativa del Consejo de Estado, integrarán el cuerpo de auxiliares y colaboradores de la justicia que hayan de servir ante tales corporaciones en las materias que ellas lo estimen necesario en número no menor de veinte por clase y diez por especialidad pericial, seleccionando los nombres dentro de quienes se hayan postulado y teniendo en cuenta la especialidad del cargo.
