° Sin perjuicio del Derecho de exclusión que como regla general corresponde al propietario en los términos del Capítulo I. del Decreto 1368 de 1974, el derecho de exclusión en áreas nuevas será. el equivalente al 100% de la zona declarada como tal por el Ministerio de Agricultura, siempre y cuando se demuestre haber dado cumplimiento a las obligaciones pertinentes señaladas en los artículos 6 y 7 del presente Decreto.
