Aptitud para navegar. Para que una embarcación o un artefacto fluvial pueda navegar por las vías fluviales de la República, deberá estar matriculado en el Libro de Registro de la respectiva Inspección fluvial si se trata de una embarcación mayor o un artefacto fluvial, o en la Inspección Fluvial si se trata de una embarcación menor, y estar provisto de la respectiva Patente de Navegación.
