º . Sistema de tratamiento. En las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud con servicio de hospitalización u observación, y en todas aquellas cuyos residuos líquidos contengan material radioactivo, infeccioso o patógeno, independiente del sistema de disposición de residuos líquidos, deberá instalarse un sistema de tratamiento de aguas antes de su evacuación y disposición.
