ARTICULO 1o . Plan. Establécese un Plan de Retiro Compensado por Supresión de Cargos para los empleados de la Superintendencia Bancaria, cuyos cargos de carrera administrativa, desempeñados en calidad de escalafonados, en período de prueba o con nombramiento provisional, les sean suprimidos, que tendrá las características que se señalan en los artículos siguientes.
