Inscripción como profesor policial. Los oficiales y suboficiales que reúnan los requisitos para ser inscritos como profesores policiales, en cualquiera de las áreas enumeradas en el artículo anterior y dentro de las categorías determinadas en el artículo 7° de este decreto, deberán elevar solicitud escrita ante la Dirección General de la Policía por intermedio de la División Docente quien deberá revisar la documentación y conceptuar sobre el particular.
