º. En caso de falta absoluta o temporal de un representante principal a la Junta Directiva de FONPRENOR, el suplente, si lo hubiere, ocupará la vacante, previo llamamiento del Secretario de la Junta. En caso de falta absoluta del principal y suplente, se llamará a nueva elección para ocupar las vacantes por lo que falte del período respectivo.
