El {empleador} debe prestar al accidentado los primeros auxilios, aun cuando el accidente sea debido a provocación deliberada o culpa grave de la víctima. Todo {empleador} debe tener en su establecimiento los medicamentos necesarios para las atenciones de urgencias en casos de accidentes o ataque súbito de enfermedad, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que dicte la Oficina Nacional de Medicina e Higiene Industrial (Hoy División de Salud Ocupacional).
