Los concesionarios del servicio radiodifusión sonora podrán solicitar al Ministerio de Comunicaciones autorización para modificar la ubicación de los transmisores y sistema irradiante fuera del área del municipio o distrito para el cual se otorgó la concesión, siempre y cuando ello implique una mayor área de cubrimiento en dicho municipio o distrito y un mejoramiento en la intensidad de la señal en relación con la propuesta presentada por el concesionario en la oferta, o de la que al momento de la expedición de este Decreto esté prestando en forma legal
