Decreto 1762 de 1990 · Por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente la Ley 10 de 1990, en cuanto a la organización de los servicios de salud que se prestarán en los municipios del país.

La Dirección Municipal de Salud establecerá, para cada organismo prestador de servicios, su ámbito de acción y nivel de responsabilidad que delimite claramente sobre qué espacio territorial y frente a qué situaciones va a actuar y puede intervenir, hasta dónde llega su responsabilidad y por qué puede responder.

Parágrafo

La responsabilidad de la dirección y ejecución de los servicios del primer nivel de atención en los corregimientos intendenciales o comisariales y en los resguardos indígenas, será asumida por el órgano de dirección departamental, intendencial o comisarial respectivo, en cumplimiento del principio de complementariedad de que trata la Ley 10 de 1990. CAPITULO SEPTIMO. DE LA INTEGRACIÓN FUNCIONAL PARA LA PRESTACIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS DEL PRIMER NIVEL DE ATENCIÓN EN SALUD.
