º. Para la elección de los Directores que designan los bancos afiliados se aplicarán las siguientes normas

Cada acción da derecho a un voto.

Los bancos no podrán fraccionar sus votos para efecto de intervenir en la elección.

El sistema electoral aplicable consistirá en un cuociente electoral mediante el cual el número de votos emitidos se dividirá por el de candidatos a elegir. Quedarán elegidos como miembros de la Junta aquellos candidatos que hayan obtenido una cifra igual o superior a este cuociente; y si quedaren aún puestos por proveer o si ningún candidato hubiere alcanzado el cuociente, se adjudicarán a quienes hayan obtenido los mayores residuos, o el mayor número de votos.
