El Instituto de Fomento Industrial o quien haga sus veces y el Fondo Nacional de Garantías establecerán, durante el primer trimestre de cada año el monto y las condiciones especiales para las líneas de crédito y para las garantías dirigidas a los creadores de micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas.
