Abrense, con imputación al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos del año económico de 1916, los créditos adicionales que en seguida se indican:

Artículo 42. Sueldos de los empleados del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Rosa de Viterbo, en once meses, así:
