Objetivos . Son objetivos de la capacitación: 58.1. Desarrollar y fortalecer las competencias de los empleados que le permitan el mejor desempeño y gestión en el empleo. 58.2. Elevar la efectividad personal, grupal y organizacional, de tal manera que se propicie el desarrollo personal e institucional. 58.3. Fortalecer la ética del servicio público y orientar hacia esta la acción individual, grupal e institucional. 58.4. Facilitar la generación, administración y distribución del conocimiento. 58.5. Crear condiciones propicias para el mejoramiento y el aprendizaje organizacional a través de metodologías sistemáticas, integrales y permanentes.
