Durante el tiempo que dure la licencia concedida por mandato de las disposiciones anteriores, el patrono pagará a la trabajadora la remuneración que ella haya tenido durante el último mes de trabajo. Igualmente, cuando se trate de trabajo a destajo o tarea, la remuneración será la que haya ganado la trabajadora durante los últimos días de ocupación anterior a la licencia.
