Para que los certificados de segunda enseñanza se reconozcan oficialmente, con otros fines distintos al de seguir los estudios universitarios, no se requiere la presentación del certificado de aprobación del examen antes expresado. Dicha certificación se hará en papel sellado, sin que el Ministerio expida en tal caso ningún diploma especial.
