º . Condición de equivalencia para la reposición . La condición de equivalencia para la reposición procede cuando la capacidad de carga del vehículo, o la sumatoria de las capacidades de carga de los vehículos, sometidos al proceso de desintegración física total sea equivalente como mínimo al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la capacidad de carga, del vehículo objeto de registro inicial. Para efectos de la equivalencia, deberá entenderse como capacidad de carga la establecida en la ficha de homologación. No se acumularán remanentes de peso desintegrado para amparar procesos de ingreso por reposición futura.
