En los juicios ejecutivos en que la acción no pase de veinte pesos, todas las gestiones pueden hacerse verbalmente, sentando el Juez las correspondientes actas, como en los juicios ordinarios de menor cuantía, agregando a los autos los instrumentos que se presenten.
