Artículo único. Créanse en el Resguardo de Correos, una plaza de cabo escribiente i otra de guarda-escribiente ; la primera con la asignacion anual de trescientos sesenta pesos ($ 360) i la segunda con la de doscientos ochenta i ocho pesos ($ 288).
