Art. 127. Los documentos y escrituras de fianza que para asegurar su manejo otorgaren los responsables del Erario, serán enviados al Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro para que se examinen y se decida sobre la suficiencia y legalidad de ellos y luégo se remitan á la Corte de Cuentas para su custodia en ella.
