Articulo 671-3. PROCEDIMIENTO PARA DECRETAR LA INSOLVENCIA. El Subdirector de Cobranzas o el Administrador de Impuestos Nacionales según el caso, mediante resolución declarará la insolvencia de que trata el artículo 671-1 del Estatuto Tributario. Contra esta providencia procede el recurso de reposición ante el mismo funcionario y en subsidio el de apelación, dentro del mes siguiente a su notificación. Los anteriores recursos deberán fallarse dentro del mes siguiente a su interposición en debida forma. Una vez ejecutoriada la providencia, deberá comunicarse a la entidad respectiva quien efectuará los registros correspondientes.
