Pago de gastos de inhumación a familiares. Cuando por exigencias de los familiares del fallecido los servicios funerarios de inhumación no hubieren sido atendidos directamente por la Policía Nacional, ésta cancelará el valor de los gastos a la persona o personas que comprueben haberlos hecho, hasta por la cuantía determinada para cada caso.
